Raffa Molina was born from dedication and craft. Founded in 1993 in honor of Raffa Molina, father of our founder, the maison has grown through more than three decades of continuous work and creative evolution. Today, as a second-generation family company.

We bring together design, craftsmanship, and community to create knitwear that carries memory, care, and quiet refinement.

At Raffa Molina, every piece begins in the hands of our artisans. Working in small Andean ateliers, they combine inherited knitting techniques with a refined sense of proportion and detail. The tension of each stitch, the balance of the yarn, and the calm rhythm of their work give our knitwear its sculptural drape and quiet strength. These are garments made to be worn, cared for, and passed on with ease.

Design is our purpose, and storytelling sits at its core. We translate the narratives of our ancestors into garments. Pre-Inca cultures, the Inca Empire, and the beauty of Peruvian colonial art shape our palette and guide the direction of the stitch. These historical references converse with the elegance of the 1950s and 60s, and with an organic sensibility inspired by the Andes, the ocean, the sky, and natural fibres. At the same time, we look toward a minimalist future—one that respects nature and embraces technology as a tool for purity, refinement, and preservation. The result is knitwear that appears understated at first glance, yet reveals colour, texture, rhythm, and sculptural drape upon closer observation.

Social responsibility and sustainability are more than principles for us—they are the foundation of our work. Many of our artisans have been with us for decades and are considered part of the Raffa Molina family. Through their ancestral skill in hand-knitting and crochet, they have transformed not only our garments but their own lives—improving their homes and supporting the education of their children, some of whom are now professionals and new members of our maison. Their daily work reflects a living harmony between heritage, dignity, and craftsmanship.

Over the past 30 years, our work has reached the hands of discerning clients around the world. Long-standing collaborations with Japan’s Light Up—a partnership of more than two decades—as well as Tomorrowland, Beams, and other respected international retailers have strengthened our presence in the global luxury sphere while honouring the integrity of our origins.
