Inspired by the quipus — the knotted cords the Incas used to record their empire — Inca Tools translates an ancient language of counting into a bold black and ecru jacquard. Two strands of yarn are knitted together on an artisanal machine, creating a substantial, textured surface that remains surprisingly light thanks to its blend of baby alpaca and merino wool. Finished with leather buttons and a generous shawl collar, each piece is linked, finished, pressed and inspected entirely by hand.
